When your cells receive more oxygen, energy is increased, tissue and organ function is improved, your immune system is stimulated, inflammation is reduced, and mobility is improved. In addition, the Oxygen Training system allows the user to switch between any purity of altitude training from sea level to 25,000 feet and 93% oxygen.
The Oxygen Training system involves breathing higher levels of oxygen during exercise in order to pump oxygen into the cells faster. When your cells receive more oxygen, energy is increased, tissue and organ function is improved, your immune system is stimulated, inflammation is reduced, and mobility is improved.
To complete the Superhuman Protocol, you’ll start by laying down on our PEMF mat for 15 minutes. Then you will breathe in oxygen while on a stationary bike for 15 minutes. Then you will enter our red-light room to absorb red and near infrared lights for 15 minutes.
If you are only completing Oxygen Training, you will ride a stationary bike for 10-15 minutes and breathe in oxygen. For the first 5 minutes, you will bike at a steady pace. Then you will begin 30 second sprints and take as much time as you need to recover. For the last two minutes, you will resume the steady pace to recover.
You will need to book your appointment at least 1 hour in advance in order for us to have equipment ready for you upon arrival.

How often should I exercise with oxygen?
It is recommended to complete the system 3-5 times a week.
How strenuous does my workout have to be while exercising with oxygen?
Light to moderate exercise is required to see benefits. If you work out at a mostly steady pace and follow the sprinting instructions to make sure your heart rate is 110 or higher, you will see greater benefits.
