The Fitness Pod supports weight management, fitness, meditation, pain relief, flexibility, better sleep, and mindfulness.


Relax or work out in the Fitness Pod. Using a pre-set 20-minute program, choose if you want to relax or work out with radiant heat, dry air heat settings, infrared light, and vibration.


The Fitness Pod has a dry heat air system that circulates warm air around the body. As the body responds to the warm air chamber, body heat triggers exercise-like sweating. If the radiant heat setting is activated, the body is heated without heating the air inside the pod. When you increase your core body temperature, your metabolism increases.


Drink plenty of water before and after your session. Remove jewelry items including rings. Put on a sauna suit or disrobe to your level of comfort. Light workout clothing is recommended. Lie down in the bed on your back. Choose between low, medium, or high heat and customize any additional features.

Low – for stress relief, power naps, and better sleep. Experience 20 minutes of relaxation with soothing vibration massage.

Medium – for flexibility, toning, firming, strength and endurance. Perform active thermal exercises with resistance bands for moderate or accelerated fitness. You can customize and control all functions.

High – for weight management, super sweat, holistic cleanse, and advanced fitness. Experience customizable sessions for fitness beginners, elite athletes, and more.

The pod will turn off automatically at the end of the session.

You can choose to add an aroma, jade stone mat, or resistance bands to enhance your experience.
