24/7 Access is only available to members. Our staffed business hours (times when non-members can make appointments) are 9:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday. If you are not a member and you schedule an appointment outside of staffed business hours, you will not be able to enter the building and your appointment will be canceled.

If you are purchasing an All Inclusive Day Pass, please note that it can take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours to enjoy all of our services.

If using the Fitness Pod or Infrared Sauna, make sure you hydrate prior to arriving and bring a water bottle with you if you prefer. We have LifeAid products and bottled water available for purchase on site.

If using Cryotherapy, it is recommended to avoid applying oils, lotions, or colognes and avoid shaving prior to your session.

Please note that if you do not make an appointment and walk in you may have to wait.
